Membership Code of Conduct The following constitutes the code of conduct for all members of this organization. Each member, upon acceptance into the Professional Photographers of North Florida (PPNF), agrees to adhere to this code of conduct and commits to upholding the following principles: a) Members shall avoid engaging in any unfair competitive practices as defined by applicable laws, including Federal Antitrust laws and related statutes. b) Members shall strive to elevate the status of the photographic profession by maintaining dignity in their behavior, presentation of photography and services, the appearance of their business, and all other forms of public interaction. c) Members shall uphold the highest standards of honesty in all transactions, avoiding the use of false titles, misleading technical terms, or inaccurate descriptions and claims. d) Members shall foster a spirit of cooperation with fellow professional photographers and offer assistance when others are in need. e) Members shall share their knowledge with their peers and encourage continuous improvement in the quality of photography, individually and collectively.
